Fees, Payment and Insurance

Intake Session
60 - 75 minutes ($150)

The initial session is an opportunity to establish rapport, gather clinical information, and begin clarifying the concerns that led you to seek therapy. We will discuss current symptoms, relevant history, and your goals for treatment. I will guide the session with intentional, clinically informed questions at a pace designed to feel supportive rather than overwhelming, and I will reference information from your intake paperwork to gain additional context. Throughout this 75-minute session, you are encouraged to share what feels most relevant and to ask questions as we begin developing a collaborative therapeutic framework.

Regular Sessions
45-50 minutes ($125)

Sessions are scheduled as standing, recurring appointment times, which means you’ll have a consistent spot reserved in my calendar. I typically recommend starting with weekly sessions, as therapy tends to be most effective when there is regularity, especially early on. New clients are encouraged to commit to weekly sessions for the first eight weeks when possible, as this allows us to build rapport, establish momentum, and begin making meaningful progress.

After the initial eight weeks, we will revisit session frequency together and decide what best supports your goals, whether that’s continuing weekly or moving to bi-weekly sessions. Any adjustments are made collaboratively and based on your individual needs.

Payment methods include cash, check and credit/debit/HSA cards. Cards are accepted through a payment portal called Ivy Pay. This is a HIPAA compliant, safe portal specifically created for therapists.

I am not paneled with insurance providers, meaning all sessions are private pay. I am happy to provide you with receipts if your HSA requests them.
